What data we process. We process the data you provide when contacting us — by message, requesting a consultation, or applying for a property management service — such as your name, phone number, email address, property address and the information you include in your message. Once you become our client, we additionally process data related to performing the contract, such as owner and resident lists, invoicing and payment information, and correspondence and request history.

Purposes and legal basis. We process data to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer (based on your consent or steps taken before entering into a contract), to perform a signed property management agreement (contract performance), to fulfil accounting and other statutory obligations (legal obligation), and to keep the site secure and communicate with existing clients about service changes (legitimate interest).

Retention. Enquiry and correspondence data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact unless it leads to a contract. Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by law — for example, accounting source documents are kept for at least 5 years under the Accounting Law.

Sharing data. We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where necessary to deliver a service (for example, accounting, IT or legal service providers who process data on our behalf under a signed data processing agreement) or where disclosure is required by law or a public authority. We do not use your data for profiling and do not sell it to third parties. Processing takes place within the European Union / European Economic Area.

Security. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — access restrictions, secure storage and regular review — to protect against unauthorised access, loss or alteration of your data.

This website is owned and operated by SIA “ASaimnieks”. By accessing and using the site, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information published on the site about services, prices and processes is general and informational; it does not constitute an individual contractual offer. The exact scope of services, delivery timelines and price are set out in a separate written agreement between SIA “ASaimnieks” and the client.

You may request correction of inaccurate data, completion of incomplete data, and erasure of data where there is no lawful ground for us to keep it. In certain cases you may request that processing be restricted, or object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. For data you provided by automated means on the basis of a contract or consent, you have the right to data portability.
